History
崇正学校（28, Aliwal Street）创立于1905年1月30日。初名为 “养正学堂”，属于私塾时代的养正学堂后改名为崇正学校，是新加坡最早的新式学校，陈楚楠先生便是发起人之一，“养正学堂”租他位于美芝路327号的合春号公司为校舍，现在尚保存的崇正学校校址(与原先的合春号就在近邻）与崇本女校相邻，现已改成商业学校。

    wow i didnt know that before Now im p4 i should have known that when i was P1 .....Howcome teachers there never tell us that...

    Yes, it is very sad that the school history is not linked to the old Chong Cheng School which has more than 100 years history.
